Shipping costs and delivery

We ship ILOVEYOUHONEY via Austrian Post. Shipping costs apply, as is the case with almost every online shop order. The shipping costs for your specific order will be displayed directly before you complete your purchase.

To make everything clear, here is an overview of our shipping via Post:

 

We usually ship your ILOVEYOUHONEY 1 to 2 working days after receiving your order, at the latest within 10 working days. 



Usually, your ILOVEYOUHONEY will arrive at your home within 1 to 3 working days from the time your order is received. However, no later than after 7 working days.

If any items are unavailable, we will inform you. No subsequent deliveries will be made! In this case: please place a new order.

Returning ordered goods without contacting us beforehand is generally not possible. Should you have cause for a complaint, please be sure to contact us first – we will find a solution.
