When the entire Weinviertel region floats in white clouds and a contented humming becomes part of the good tone – then the time has come: the acacia is in bloom. This pleases not only our bees, but us as well.

Fully energized by the first spring blossoms, the bees dive onto the beautiful, lush white flowers of the acacia. Yes, technically they are black locusts, which are actually called robinias – but that doesn't matter. It’s all about the honey.
