Summer Blossom Honey I Organic

The best part about the end of summer? That there is finally new honey. And with it, a piece of summer for the whole year. For every day. And for everyone. Our summer blossom honey was brought home by our bees. And because the bees can't eat all the honey themselves, there's some left for us, too.

It tastes like summer days, colorful flowers, sunflowers, and holidays. It glitters like gold on every slice of bread, muesli, or wherever else you choose to enjoy it.

Sometimes it can be a bit stubborn. But really, that's not so bad. Its tendency to crystallize quickly is practically hereditary, which is why we sometimes stir it until it's creamy.
